At LM Fashion Academy, we are committed to providing quality fashion education and a professional learning experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before registering.
Registration Fee
All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Your registration secures your placement in the course and covers administrative processing.
Course Payments
Students may choose to pay:
The full course amount upfront, or
In approved monthly installments.
Enrollment is only considered fully confirmed once recurring installment authorization has been completed successfully. Students with outstanding balances may not attend classes or receive course materials until payments are up to date.
Cancellation Before Course Start
If a student cancels their enrollment before classes begin:
Any amount paid excluding the registration fee may be eligible for a partial refund.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing before the course commencement date.
Cancellation After Classes Begin
Once classes have started:
No refunds will be issued for missed classes, withdrawals, or non-attendance.
Students remain responsible for any outstanding installment payments agreed upon at registration.
Installment Payments
By selecting an installment plan, the student agrees to complete all scheduled payments on time, regardless of attendance or course completion.
Course Changes
LM Fashion Academy reserves the right to:
Adjust class schedules where necessary,
Postpone course start dates if required, or
Make reasonable changes to course structure or facilitators.
Students will be notified of any significant changes in advance.
